Rain Salon and Spa Return Policy

*Products may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days with the original receipt; and will be refunded to the original tender.

*Products that are returned past thirty (30) days with the original receipt may only be exchanged for another AVEDA product.

Rain Salon and Spa Cancellation Policy

*If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, you must contact Rain Salon and Spa within 48 hours. We are happy to correct our mistakes; however you must speak with a manager about your situation. After 48 hours, re-dos will not be guaranteed.

*If for any reason you cannot make your appointment time, we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice. If you miss your appointment twice, you must provide a credit card number to reserve your time. The third time of a ‘no call, no show’ will be charged half of the service total.

*Your appointment time is reserved for you. In the event of a late arrival, our service providers will modify the treatment to accommodate the amount of time available.
